UMID ID is said now Stop his Use and Issuance and probably “ELIMINATED” by National ID

ID is an identification use to identify your belonging to… either group, organization, company, institution or any that has his own name or identity or entity, it is normal to have an ID in every entity because that is one of the important thing that may represent that you belong on that entity, or identity. but what happen in Philippine after approval of National ID other government are now stop issuing their own ID to their members and only National ID, please be remind that National ID is an ID for Nationality, still need the Government agencies, organization or other entity to have their own identification to their members as a proof of belonging to them, because not all member and holder of National ID is also become a member of their organizations or entity.

During the time of former President Rodrigo Duterte the Republic Act 11055 or otherwise known as Philippine Identification system act approved, and under Article 3 Objectives it said that the purpose is to eliminate the other Identification and now it happens, the UMID is may now stop his issuance, for me it is a bad idea and selfishness. therefore i suggest or voice out to the Government that it is must stop and one that first thing they must to do is to AMEND IT and remove and revise it in the law, i don’t know why the congress or government approved the Section 3 of eliminating other identification which may affect the other identification that is important and needed to our government agencies and institution. National ID is maybe fine but when it comes to eliminating other identification is too much and act of selfishness.

In the Section 3, it also says or means that you will no longer use and needed the other form of identification in transaction, if that is the case then the use of other form of identification is useless and no longer needed leading to stop issuance and disappearance of other form of identification, for me it is okay if when it comes on transaction only as is his, but when it comes on identifying someone where he/she belongs to from this government and private institution or entity which is important and needed is not okay because this may result of lack of immediate proof, Having ID of their own membership makes it easier to know or find proof of their true belonging.

This must be revise and amended and remove specially in the elimination of other Identification so it will not be enforce. complaining it by not removing it in the law is may useless and you will be put in the situation that you are the one who disobey the law even if you are in the right, much better if we amend it and remove it in the law.

Both lawyers defend their involvement on drugs, whos really addict and who will win? I think it is better they settle it by Tango and Ballroom in cha-cha

This two lawyers is looking on each other involvement on drugs either fentanyl or any drug, While nation, economy, people is continue suffering, down and the one mostly affected. I suggest that they set it aside for now and settle it in tango (tanggalin ng government) and ballroom (basically allowing royalty ommiting) in cha-cha. As for me i don’t give favor of the two since i want also the constitution to be amend with my proposal and i don’t want also to continue to amend it without including my amendments proposal to the people initiative. Coz for me nothing is more important to amend or in amending the constitution for now is by amending what i am amending to the constitution and after that, this is for the nation, economy and status, reputation, dignity for the filipino people and nation or what we have, what we are and what we do and show to the world.

therefore settle in by tango (tanggalin ng government) and ballroom (basically allowing royalty ommiting) and make it also hip hop (highly priority of house for people) to the house floor in this proposed cha-cha.

At this present January 2024 The Media release the news of having and call for People Initiative for Cha-cha, (charter Change) of Government which is changing and Amending our Constitution, since the last year 2023 the call for the constitutional convention is maybe temporarily postpone and silence in the media and now they are plan of having people initiative.

Jorge Marlo M. Gutierrez as the Proposer and originator of some amendments and revision to the constitution also Call and Voice for Considering in Cha-Cha to Tango (Tanggalin na sa Government/Tanggalin ng Government (remove by the Government)) some that may considered not necessary for the people, government and even our Nation, and then to have it Ballroom (Basically allow/allowing from Royal/Royalty Omitting) which is been prevented by the Constitution which is now been amended by Jorge Marlo M. Gutierrez to be Tango (Tanggalin na sa Government/Tanggalin ng Government (remove by the Government)) which is this is the Article VI section 31 and also the other proposed amendments, This is also needed to Hip-hop (High/Highly Priority of House for people) and moves by our representatives and law makers in the House Floor (Houses; Congress/Senate floor).

In This situation since they or the Government is opening the Cha-Cha in the House Floor (Houses; Congress/Senate floor) to be/have moves; talk, heard and implemented, they need also to Hip-Hop (High/Highly Priority of House for people) some amendments like Article VI Section 31 that proposed, and Tango (Tanggalin na sa Government/Tanggalin ng Government (remove by the Government)) and to have it Ballroom (Basically allow/allowing from Royal/Royalty Omitting) and others.

The Police Clearance is now remove and the Barangay Clearance is not payed and issued in the Barangay but paid already to the Municipality along in getting the Mayor’s Permit and Fees so it may become easier than before 2023

In Municipality of Aloran it is may easier to get the Mayor’s permit, you just go to the Municipal hall and fill-up the Application form and then they will assist you and just pay the amount.
